• Service: Refers to the service provided by Reserveit as described in the relative terms (if available) and on this platform.
• Third-party service: Refers to advertisers, promotional and marketing partners, and others who provide our content or whose products or services we think may interest you.

• You: A person or entity that is registered with Reserveitbd to use the Services.

Restaurant Reservations

Reserveitbd makes available restaurant reservation services (the “Reservation Services”) through the reserveitbd Sites to Users for the purpose of assisting Users in securing dining reservations. Reserveitbd contacts the Restaurant's computerized database of reservations, where appropriate, in response to a User's online request for a Restaurant reservation through the Reserveitbd Sites. The availability of reservation is determined at the time of the User’s query and based on information provided to Reserveitbd by the Restaurant. Once a reservation request is made by the User through the Reserveitbd Sites, Reserveitbd will provide confirmation of the reservation to the User by email. By using the Reservation Services, the User agrees to receive reservation confirmations, updates, modifications, and/or cancellations by email.

Restrictions

You agree not to do so, and you will not allow others to do so:

• License, sell, rent, lease, assign, distribute, transmit, host, outsource, disclose or otherwise commercially exploit the service or make the platform available to any third party.
• Modify, make derivative works of, disassemble, decrypt, reverse compile or reverse engineer any part of the service.
• Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notice (including any notice of copyright or trademark) of or its affiliates, partners, suppliers, or the licensors of the service

Usage Guidelines

The user agrees to use the Reservation Services only to book reservations at Restaurants and then honor those reservations by arriving at the Restaurants on time and ordering and paying for meals.

Payment

You can pay the bill hand to hand or else you can also use cards. Your Payment Provider agreement governs your use of the designated credit card account, and you must turn to that agreement rather than these Terms to determine your Payment Provider rights and duties. You acknowledge that by supplying us with your credit card number and payment information, we are authorized to validate the information instantly. We reserve the right at any time to change its prices and billing methods.No contract will exist between you and us for the Service until we accept your order by a confirmatory e-mail. You are responsible for any third-party fees that you may incur when using the Service.

Reviews and suggestions

Any feedback, comments, ideas, improvements, or recommendations (collectively, 'Suggestions') that you give to us in relation to the service will be our full and exclusive property. We are free to use, copy, alter, publish, or disseminate the Suggestions for any purpose and in any way we see fit, without giving you any credit or compensation.

Your Representations and Compensation

You represent and warrant that you own or otherwise control all of the rights to any User Content you submit; that all User Content you submit is accurate; and that Reserveitbd and its other Users, partners, and licensees' exploitation of such User Content will not violate this Agreement, injure any person or entity, or infringe on any third-party rights (including, without limitation, intellectual property rights and rights of privacy or publicity). Reserveitbd, its affiliates, and their representatives, agents, directors, managers, officers, employees, and shareholders (collectively, the 'Reserveitbd Parties') will indemnify, hold harmless, and defend Reserveitbd, its affiliates, and their representatives, agents, directors, managers, officers, employees, and shareholders (collectively, the 'Reserveitbd Parties') from and against all claims resulting from any User Content submitted by you, your use of the Services, or any alleged or actual breach of this Agreement by you.

Limitations on Liability

Any damages you may suffer, our and our suppliers' total obligation under any provision of this Agreement, and your only recourse for any of the above shall be limited to the amount you paid for the service. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we and our suppliers will not be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages (including, but not limited to, damages for lost profits, loss of data or other information, business interruption, personal injury, or loss of privacy) arising out of or in any way related to the use of or inability to use the service, third-party software, or third-party hardware, even if we or any provider has been notified of the possibility of such damages and even if the remedy fails of its fundamental purpose). Restaurants are solely responsible for their interactions with you and all claims, injuries, illnesses, damages, liabilities, and costs suffered by you. as a result of your interaction with or visit any Restaurant from any promotion, offer product, or service of any Restaurant. Users must resolve all disputes directly with Restaurants. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you hereby release the Reserveitbd Parties from any and all such Claims.

Waiver

Except as otherwise provided herein, a party's failure to exercise a right or to require the performance of an obligation under this Agreement will not affect that party's ability to exercise that right or to require performance at any time in the future, nor will a waiver of one breach constitute a waiver of any subsequent breach.No failure or delay on the part of either party to exercise any right or power under this Agreement will be construed as a waiver of that right or authority. Any single or partial exercise of any right or power under this Agreement does not preclude the exercise of that or any other right given herein in the future. If this Agreement and any applicable purchase or other conditions conflict, the contents of this Agreement will take precedence.

Intellectual Property

Our platform, as well as all of its contents, features, and functionality (including, but not limited to, all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, as well as the design, selection, and arrangement thereof), are owned by us, our licensors, or other providers of such material, and are protected by Bangladeshi and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws. In no manner may the material be copied, modified, duplicated, downloaded, or disseminated. unless and except as specifically allowed in these Terms & Conditions, in whole or in part, without our express prior writing permission. It is forbidden to utilize the material in an illegal manner.
