Regarding refunds, users may only receive one if the vendor is unable to provide service for a particular reservation. If the user cancels after the system has accepted the reservation, no refunds will be issued unless the cancellation meets the following conditions:
If the user cancels 12-24 hours after the reservation time (for a reservation of more than 10 people), they will receive a full refund.
If the user cancels before 6-12 hours of the reservation time (for a reservation of more than 10 people), they will receive a partial refund.
Upon confirmation of cancellation, the refund process will commence in a timely manner utilizing the same payment channel initially utilized by the user.
Refunds may take 7-10 working days to process, depending on the channel. Thanks for your patience and understanding.
The maximum refund timeline excludes weekends and public holidays.
Please note that we reserve the right to cancel reservations, refunds, deactivate, or terminate user accounts if fraudulent behavior or activity is suspected or detected.
